Job Title: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager

Product: Affordable Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP).




 

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 21 - 35 years.
• Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate.
• Experience: candidates with field sales experience can apply.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate home loan and LAP business through field sales and open market sourcing.
• Source customers via DSA, connectors, and referral channels.
• Meet prospective customers, explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

 

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to work in field sales.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
