Position: OE Sales (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Qualification: BE / MBA
Experience: 5 7 Years
Industry: Automobile / OEM Sales

Key Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of proprietary products Gaskets / Heat Shield
Exposure to Passenger Car / Tractor / Construction Equipment / Power Gen / Compressors / 2W / EV segments
Result-driven individual with strong target orientation
Strong negotiation & new business development skills
Understanding of manufacturing process & costing (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibilities
New Business Development Domestic OEM (Identify, pursue & finalize)
Market scanning, data collection & technology intelligence (Gaskets)
Generate RFQs & evaluate suitability
Coordinate with customers & cross-functional teams
Customer visits for project tracking & competitor analysis
Review LOI, contracts & suggest business-aligned changes
Handle customer interface for samples, proto & PPAP submission

Strategy & Expectations
Strong business acumen to understand market potential
Define Go-To-Market strategy with opportunities & risks
Build strong RFQ funnel with 30% strike rate year-on-year
Protect existing domestic business & track technology shifts
Grow business through new RFQs with existing & new customers
