Key Responsibilities

QC Chemist

• Analysis & approval of RM, PM, FG & intermediates
• COA preparation (including export documentation)
• Maintain control samples & destruction records
• Preparation of volumetric solutions & reagents
• Instrument calibration & logbook maintenance
• BMR documentation & IPQC rounds
• Artwork checking & BOM/work order issuance
• Dossier preparation & regulatory documentation

QA Chemist

• Implementation of SOPs, GMP & documentation systems
• Preparation of MFR, BMR, BPR, validation & stability reports
• Handling audits, deviations & compliance activities
• Coordination with FDA & regulatory authorities
• Investigation of product complaints & quality issues
• Conduct internal audits & training programs
• Risk management & CAPA implementation

QC Microbiologist

• Microbial testing (MLT) for RM, FG, water & environment
• Environmental monitoring & contamination control
• Culture preparation & microorganism identification
• Maintain GLP, GMP & HACCP standards
• Lab documentation & reporting
• Monitoring critical areas & fermentation conditions
• Supporting export & technical documentation

QC Botanist

• Identification & authentication of raw herbal materials
• Macroscopic & microscopic analysis of plant samples
• Ensure quality compliance of herbal raw materials
• Maintain herbarium records & documentation
• Support R&D and quality evaluation of Ayurvedic formulations
• Vendor material verification & standardization

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology / Botany / Pharma or relevant field)
• Experience: 15 years (Pharma / Ayurvedic industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP & documentation practices
