Job Description
SHIFT TIMINGS: 5:30 PM IST - 2:30 AM IST (WFH)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern technologies.
- Lead development of core modules and integrations within complex enterprise systems (e.g., SaaS platforms, microservices, APIs).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing frameworks to ensure quality and velocity.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding, documentation, and code reviews.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of engineering standards, tooling, and developer enablement (e.g., using AiDE for code generation, documentation, and quality enforcement).
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.
- Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security risks, and drive remediation.
- Support production operations, incident response, and post-mortems as needed.
