TCS is hiring for AIOP Automation Solution Architect role

Exp: 10 to 20 years

Location: Pan India

Job Description:

• Define and implement automation guardrails, patterns, and reusable modules for Day-0/1/2 operations using Terraform and Ansible; establish versioning, testing, and CI/CD release pipelines.
• Industrialize IaC for IaaS/PaaS/Kubernetes (landing zones, networks, identities, policies, RBAC); embed policy-as-code for security/compliance and drift management.
• Design full-stack observability (metrics, logs, traces) and AIOps correlation for predictive detection, automated RCA, and self-healing playbooks; integrate with ITSM/ITOM for auto-ticketing and CMDB enrichment.
• Operationalize tagging standards, budgets, showback/chargeback, and automated rightsizing recommendations; drive monthly optimization sprints with platform and application teams.
• Define SLO/SLI/error budgets, automate reliability checks (health, capacity, performance), and codify incident runbooks; champion auto-remediate-first design.
• Automate patching, configuration baselines, key rotation, backup/DR orchestration, and audit-ready evidence generation.
• Lead co-creation with hyperscalers and tooling partners; run bootcamps for developers and operations on automation patterns, observability practices, and FinOps.
