- New Delhi - Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate.
- Gurugram - Sector 18
Qualification and Experience: -
- Noida and Gurugram - Any 12th passed Fresher or Experience can apply.
- New Delhi - Only Graduate or PG with minimum 1 year experience in customer handling is eligible.
Salary: -
Noida -
- Fresher: - 15k to 27k CTC, Max. 23k In-hand.
- Experience: - Up to 34k CTC, 30k In-hand.
New Delhi: - Up to 45k CTC + Incentives.
Gurugram: -
- Fresher: - 14k CTC, 11k In-hand + Bonus (Every Quarter).
- Experience: - Up to 29k CTC, 25k In-hand + Bonus (Every Quarter). Graduation is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities: -
- Providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies via phone, email, chat.
- Understanding the customer's specific needs or frustrations to provide a personalized experience.
- Maintaining detailed logs of customer interactions, comments, and actions taken in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Relaying common pain points or suggestions from customers to the product or management teams to help improve the business.
- Checking back with customers to ensure their issue was fully resolved and that they remain satisfied.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams so that they take appropriate action to resolve it.
