Hiring for international Voice process.


Job Location: Mumbai / Chennai / Delhi/ NCR / Bangalore.

Associate will Issue an acknowledgement and offer resolution on the call.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries via call professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
• Document interactions and update systems accordingly.

Customer Centricity

• Process: Voice / Blended International Process
• Salary: 4.5lpa to 6 LPA
• Working Days: 5 Days
• Benefits: Both-side cab facility
• Shifts: Night Shifts / US Shifts / 24* 7 shift
• Education: Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply

Eligibility Criteria For Voice Process:

• Excellent verbal English communication skill

Willingness to Learn

Skill Set required: Logical Reasoning, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Probing, Comprehension.

Should be able to display a high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction.
