Urgent hiring for Business Development Executive - Noida



Profile- Business Development Executive 
Location: Noida Sector 62 (Onsite)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year 
Ctc-upto3.6 Lpa (depends on interview)
Working days- 5 days (10am-7pm)


Job Overview

 

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a hardcore sales profile. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling client interactions effectively. Candidates from the events and exhibitions industry will have an added advantage. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales targets (calls and project closures)
• Make a high volume of daily sales calls and ensure consistent follow-ups
• Maintain regular and structured follow-up with clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of projects
• Actively track and manage the sales pipeline
• Ensure timely reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly activities

 

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hardcore sales role
• Experience in the events & exhibitions industry is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Energetic, active, and enthusiastic approach toward work
