Job Description

Job Objective:

Achieve sales targets and build strong customer & dealer relationships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets as per plan
Appoint and manage project dealers
Ensure timely payment collections
Grow business through existing & new customers
Build relationships with industries, government bodies, contractors, architects, and consultants
Support dealers in closing orders
Conduct promotional activities
Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reports
Handle documentation of orders and sales

Key Skills:

Knowledge of commercial & industrial lighting
Strong B2B/B2G project sales experience
Good communication & presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
Self-driven, willing to travel
