- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for international banking clients
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services
- Address customer concerns related to accounts, transactions, and services
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolution
- Follow banking compliance, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain data confidentiality and security standards
- Record customer interactions accurately in systems
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and tracking
- Deliver high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction
- Build positive relationships with global customers
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Customer Handling & Problem-Solving Skills
- Basic Banking Knowledge (Preferred)
- MS Office / CRM Tools Knowledge
- Ability to work in International Shifts
