Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

• Lead end-to-end SIT planning and execution
• Define and enforce entry and exit criteria
• Manage SIT calendar, milestones, and environment readiness
• Ensure alignment across finance and technical workstreams

Test Governance & Execution

• Oversee test case coverage across all functional areas
• Track execution progress and testing KPIs
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test scenarios
• Drive integration testing activities

Defect Management

• Establish structured defect triage governance
• Drive daily defect triage calls
• Ensure proper defect classification (Defect vs Enhancement)
• Monitor defect lifecycle and resolution timelines

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with:
• IBM delivery teams
• Finance stakeholders
• Ensure clarity of ownership and accountability during execution
