Support PMO activities including program tracking, governance reviews, and management reporting.
Prepare and maintain program dashboards, trackers, MIS, and executive reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Maintain risk registers, action trackers, and decision logs with regular updates.
Support preparation of executive review decks, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reports and submissions.
Assist in documentation, compliance tracking, and audit readiness as required.
Act as a coordination point between program managers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (trackers, formulas, basic analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
Good understanding of PMO and project management concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Structured, disciplined, and process-oriented approach to work.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Engineering / Management preferred).
Minimum 34 years of relevant work experience in PMO, project coordination, or program support roles.
