Established in mumbai in 1990, Its a leading manufacturers of high quality non-ferrous metal components and brass using processes such as precision machining, casting, forging, stamping & extrusion. We have evolved in to a one stop platform for nonferrous components by making exhaustive investments in machines, instruments and processes. 

Our manufacturing unit is located in Jamnagar, India and our export office is in Mumbai, India. Our international office is based in Jinja, Uganda to support customers in Africa. 

 

Profile:- Production and Quality engineer 

Domain:- 30% into Autocad Designing and 70% into production-Qc

Experience:- 6 months to 4 years

Working Location:- Jamnagar, Gujarat

Salary:- As per company norms, open

 

Role and Responsibility:- You shall be employed as a Production and Quality engineer.

Key roles:

- sampling plan

- Types of threads

- Weight, volume, measurement units

- Unit conversions

- Sample record maintenance

- Knowledge of metal material grades

- Knowledge of production processes

Additional:

• Basic Knowledge with 2D & 3D Part Drawings on Autocad Solid works & other software.
• Weight Calculations
• Qc- dimensions, weight, surface & visual inspection (Vernier, micrometer, radius gauge, thread gauge, pitch gauge)
• Qc report on excel make by self or verify Qc report made by supplier
• Quality Documents Non-Hazardous Materials, Msds, Certificate of Analysis, Material Grade Certificates
• Ability to make drawings out of physical samples (requires measuring instruments)
• Checking parts against drawings
• Maintaining engineering records

 

Qualifications and Skills:-

-   Experience of 6 months to 4 years

-   We would ideally prefer a male mechanical engineer 

-   Command over Ms Excel, Word, Gmail, Web Browsing & regular computer Usage
