Job Description
- Monitor live CCTV feeds across TCS facilities and data centers.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- Maintain surveillance logs and incident reports accurately.
- Coordinate with on-ground security personnel during emergencies.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and recording systems.
- Report equipment malfunctions to the technical support team.
- Retrieve and provide recorded footage when required for investigations.
- Follow company security protocols and compliance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and company information.
- CCTV & Network Management at exam venues.
- Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds to identify and report suspicious activity, malpractice, or technical faults
- Day to day Operations support for CCTV monitoring at exam venues.
- Check and confirm operational status of all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and storage devices before the exam
- Provide Status update at regular interval for CCTV
- Support any footage retrieval requests from authorized officials for audit, dispute resolution, or investigation.
- Ensure proper storage and secure backup of CCTV footage as per customer policy

Job Summary:
The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of TCS premises, employees, clients, and assets. The role involves real-time monitoring, incident reporting, and coordination with security and emergency teams.
Monitors CCTV cameras to ensure safety and security of people and property. Identifies, records, and reports suspicious activities or incidents in real time.
Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, IP networks). Knowledge of operating systems (Windows) 3. Ability to work under pressure and remain alert for extended periods. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email). Good-to-Have .Good technology background 2 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Understanding of data security and privacy compliance

Bachelors or masters degree in Arts, Commerce, Science 3 years diploma holder can be considered
Candidate should not be a minor
Hardware/Networking certified will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, ethics, and cultural awareness Should be ready to work for long working hours
Should be ready to travel
Should have a vehicle (Two-wheeler) Disciplined and ethically strong Flexible & adaptable
Basic knowledge of MS Office Decent communication skills
B.E/BTech/MTech/MBA/MCA/MSC/B.Sc IT/B.Ed/Post Graduation (Non-Technical) are not eligible
