Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IoT Engineer / Industrial Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Industry 4.0, machine data acquisition, and manufacturing automation systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in integrating shopfloor machines (CNC/PLC) with software systems using industrial communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions for manufacturing environments
• Integrate CNC machines, PLCs, and HMIs with software systems for real-time data acquisition
• Work with protocols like OPC UA, Modbus (TCP/RTU), MTConnect, Fanuc FOCAS
• Design and develop machine monitoring systems to track OEE, cycle time, downtime, and production metrics
• Build and maintain data pipelines and databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) for machine data
• Develop applications using Python / C# / .NET for automation and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Provide technical support and implementation support (L2/L3)
• Participate in POC, client demos, and solution implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in Industrial IoT / Automation / Manufacturing Software
• Hands-on experience with OPC UA, Modbus, MTConnect, or similar protocols
• Strong knowledge of PLC, CNC machines, HMI systems
• Programming experience in Python / C# / .NET
• Experience with SQL / PostgreSQL databases
• Understanding of real-time data acquisition and machine integration
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Fanuc CNC / Mazak machines
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Understanding of OEE, production analytics, and shopfloor optimization
• Experience in Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing projects
