Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in full stack Software Enterprise Application component design and development. Experience in designing/developing Banking applications is desirable.
- Expertise in designing and developing enterprise applications using Technology stack like Java8 and above, web services, SOAP/REST, Spring Boot, Design patterns, ReactJS/Angular JS, Java Scripts/CSS/HTML5/JQuery, Microservices Architecture Patterns, Hibernate, Databases(RDBMS/NOSQL), Event Driven Architecture Kafka and Devops tools.
- Experience in transforming Monolith/legacy applications to Microservice Architecture.
- Experience with latest unit testing tools including Octane
- Experience with best-in-class version control tools like GitHub
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
- Resilience to obstacles, and ability to solve problems independently.

- Well versed in DevOps concepts
- Experience with working with globally distributed teams in working in Agile scrums
- Experience in test or eval driven development including data and error analysis ensuring robust and scalable AI software.
- Experience architecting and implementing agentic frameworks for autonomous multi-step reasoning and planning
- Solid grasp of parsing, chunking, indexing and re-ranking of multiple file formats
- Experience with Generative AI Operations, and enterprise-scale AI adoption strategies.
- Experience in enterprise AI model lifecycle management, AI compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong understanding of human centered AI design for workplace applications.
Job Expectations:
- 3+ years of Software Engineering experience as a JAVA full stack developer (Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, and UI)
- Experience with GenAI tools Co Pilot
- Experience with adding AI capabilities to products/applications.
- 3+ years of Java J2EE development experience.
- Distributed technologies: Kafka, MongoDb
- Excellent working experience and deeper knowledge in Spring Framework and APIs.
- 3+ years of JAX-WS, Axis, SOAP, RESTweb services developmentexperience
- 3 + Years of experience in Front End, UI, SPA application development using Angular, ReactJS
- 2+ Years of Microservices Development Experience
- 3+ years of Oracle DB and SQL experience
- 2+ Years of NoSQL Experience
