Job Description
About Position:
We are seeking for Gen AI Engineer with hands on experience in Gen AI, Agentic AI, AWS,MCP.
- Role: Gen AI Engineer
- Location: All Persistent Location
- Experience: 5 to 8 Years
- Job Type: Full Time Employment
What You'll Do:
- Manage full lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI projects from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee sprint planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
- Ensure quality, scalability, and business alignment of AI solutions.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Candidate must be a Computer Science graduate or from an IT stream.
- Should have a minimum of 56 years overall experience.
- Candidate must have initial experience in core Machine Learning, followed by transition into Generative AI.
- Requires ~3 years of GenAI experience and 6+ months Agentic AI experience.
- Preference: LangGraph
- Alternative (if LangGraph not available): CrewAI or AutoGen
- Candidate must have worked on multi-agent systems and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Should possess a strong understanding of core ML models and Deep Learning.
- Must have handson experience with Python, AWS cloud (working understanding), Git
