• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) schemas, datasets, identities, data views
• Working knowledge of Adobe Customer Journey Insights (CJI)
• Experience with Adobe Analytics (AA) Workspace, segments, metrics
• Proficiency with Adobe Launch / Adobe Web SDK
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and CX analytics
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Configure and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components including schemas, datasets, identities, and data views
• Integrate Adobe Customer Journey Insights (CJI) to analyze journey performance and customer behavior
• Develop segments, metrics, and dashboards using Adobe Analytics (AA) Workspace
• Implement and manage data collection using Adobe Launch / Adobe Web SDK
• Perform SQL-based data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with marketing, CX, and business teams to translate requirements into journey use cases
• Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to Adobe best practices
