Job Description
Test Lead -
8-12 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 4 years in medical device or other regulated industryRequired Skills:
Readiness to work from office all 5 days a week with minimum productive hours of 9 hrs/day.(Non Negociable)
Must have knowledge/experience in Medial & Life Science domain with exposure to IEC62304, ISO13485 compliances, SOUP/COTS tool validation, Design Histroy File etc (Non Negociable)
Test Automation Architect
Qualification:
8 to 12 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 8 years in test automation on various platforms
Bachelor of Enginnering or higher, preferrably Computer Science
Required skills:
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
Hands-on experience in test automation of desktop, web & mobile applications at unit, integration & System level including automation of functional & non-functional testing
Must have experience in automation of User interface developed in QT, OpenGL/WebGL or similar 2D/3D modelling, live data streaming, preferred experience in automation of gaming applications
Expertise in various automation testing tools like Squish, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium etc
Must have experience in design & development of Test automation frameworks, remote test execution, integration with CI-CD & different tools used during design & development for requirement mgmt., source code repository, defect management & Test Management etc
Experience in leveraging GenAI solutions for automated test case/script generation, automated code reviewes etc is must
Experience is design & development of simulators/emulators and relevant object oriented programming & scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, shell script, C++,QT etc)
Preferred to have knowledge/experience in Medial & Life Science domain with exposure to IEC62304, ISO13485 compliances, SOUP/COTS tool validation, Design Histroy File etc
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Job Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for Test automation, the benfits it brings to nusiness & perform ROI/BEP analysis
Provide test automation solutions for complex systems & devices involving sub-system interactions over different communication protocols
Perform Proof-of-concepts for feasiblity of probable solutions, tools selection and uncover the potential risks and provide best recommndations based on analysis
Define test automation strategy, roadmap, estimate and plan for the efforts & skills needed
Design & develop test automation solution including frameworks, tools,
Perform reviews to ensure Quality and techncial troubleshooting to resolve challenges/blockers
Ensure compliance with Quality processes and regulations
