- In the One ECO engineering project, We aim for aTest Quality Strategy Lead with high test automation degree, ensuring agility speed during the product growth.
- We are looking for overall 10+ years of product development experience, with at least 6+ years of experience in Software Test Management, and Test Strategy roles.
- In this role you are accountable for defining, governing, and driving the end to end global test strategy, quality roadmap, and structured test automation approach across all product development teams.
- The role demands addressing current challenges in quality governance, cross-location alignment, test planning, and execution consistency and to ensure the entire product line operates with a unified, world class test methodology.
- You will work closely with the Product Test architect and test responsible community from the development teams, as well as with Area Product Owners, architects and DevOps.
- Additionally in this role, you also provide strategic leadership for DevOps planning and requirements, driving cross team DevOps topics and ensuring test integration and quality governance across global CI/CD pipelines
- Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product test strategy, unified test approach, and quality governance framework - ensuring consistency across product teams.
- Establish a long term quality vision and roadmap.
- Lead strategic decisions on test methodologies, tools, automation strategy, and global quality KPIs.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and frameworks aligned with project goals and future product needs.
- Act as the representative and single voice for testing and quality across the ECO product organization.
- Oversee execution of test cycles, hardening phases, release-blocking defects and coordinated regression testing.
- Lead and manage DevOps requirements by defining priorities, driving DevOps related topics, and planning activities with DevOps teams, while ensuring effective test integration into CI/CD pipelines and aligned quality reporting
- Establish, grow, and guide the test team by defining roles, onboarding talent, and fostering a culture of quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to identify risks early and ensure efficient defect management.
- Continuously evaluate testing tools, methodologies, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Strong background in test automation strategy, test architecture, roles
- Expertise in test governance, process standardization, KPI frameworks, and quality systems.
- Experience working with distributed global teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership and communication skills with global leadership exposure.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation frameworks, and enterprise scale testing.
- Skilled in tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM, ALM Octane, Allure, or similar.
