Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Implement automation testing strategies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on testing best practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in manual testing, including test scenario creation, execution, reporting, and validation.
- Good knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles, methodologies, and standards.
