Job Title: QA / Test Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a QA / Test Lead to drive end-to-end quality for embedded firmware, hardware-integrated systems, and software applications used in security devices. The role involves leading a QA team, defining test strategies, and ensuring high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (manual & automation)
• Define test strategy, test plans, and execution approach
• Perform firmware, embedded, and hardware-software integration testing
• Ensure coverage across functional, regression, performance, and security testing
• Drive test automation using tools like Selenium/Appium
• Manage defect tracking, triaging, and closure
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams
• Handle customer escalations and ensure product quality

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in STLC & SDLC
• Hands-on experience in embedded/firmware testing
• Knowledge of IoT / device / hardware testing
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, PyTest)
• Familiarity with JIRA / Azure DevOps
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, protocols)
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Qualification:

• Bachelors/Masters in CS, IT, Electronics, or related field
