Job Description

Title: A mid-level role responsible for leading and facilitating the requirements gathering and analysis process, as well as creating business and functional requirements documentation.

Location-Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore

Working hours:  India time  with 2 Hours overlapping in PST

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Good knowledge of SQL queries
• Ability to validate configuration settings and identify discrepancies
• Strong analytical skills to review data outputs and reports
• Familiarity with documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence for tracking configuration changes and findings
• Basic understanding of billing and invoicing concepts (nice to have)
