Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Advanced Analytics. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions, driving AI strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & deploy end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
  
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications (RAG, Prompt Engineering)
  
• Lead AI initiatives and mentor data science teams
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
  
• Ensure scalable, production-ready AI system architecture
  

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  
• Hands-on with LLMs, NLP, RAG, Fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA)
  
• Experience in AI system design & deployment at scale
  
• Knowledge of Deep Learning, Transformers, RL, Ensemble Models
  
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters/Ph.D. in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field
  
• 811 years of relevant experience in AI/ML & Analytics
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with multi-agent systems & Knowledge Graphs
  
• Exposure to MLOps and distributed computing
