AI Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Technical Project Manager who blends technology, marketing, and AI-driven innovation to deliver high-impact digital solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of AI-powered tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making, along with hands-on experience in managing complex digital projects including web, mobile, and platform-based solutions.
We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Technical Project Manager who blends technology, marketing, and AI-driven innovation to deliver high-impact digital solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of AI-powered tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making , along with hands-on experience in managing complex digital projects including web, mobile, and platform-based solutions.
The ideal candidates must have completed their graduation degree from a top or premium engineering institution.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize AI-enabled digital ecosystems , while ensuring quality delivery across scope, timelines, and budgets.
Experience - Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management roles.
Location - Kolkata (Rajarhat-Newtown).
Mode of Working: Work from Office
- Lead end-to-end execution of AI-enabled digital projects (web apps, mobile apps, portals, marketing automation platforms).
- Integrate AI tools (Generative AI, NLP, chatbots, recommendation engines, automation tools) into project workflows and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency using AI-based project management, reporting, and predictive analytics .
- Develop comprehensive project plans aligning client goals, AI capabilities, and business outcomes .
- Ensure delivery adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards .
- Manage multiple projects across diverse technology stacks and AI integrations.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding business challenges and proposing AI-driven solutions .
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing, AI specialists) and external vendors.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI + tech solutions .
- Track project progress using KPIs, AI-driven dashboards, and reporting tools .
- Continuously optimize delivery through data insights and automation .
- Conduct ROI analysis for AI implementations and digital initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks across project lifecycle, including AI adoption risks (data quality, model performance, scalability) .
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, MarTech, and digital transformation .
- Drive innovation by recommending AI-first approaches for client growth.
- Support Sales/Pre-sales teams in RFPs/RFCs with AI-powered solution design .
- Define architecture and recommend AI/ML tools, cloud solutions, and automation frameworks .
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / Digital Delivery
- Proven experience managing web, mobile, and platform-based projects
- Strong exposure to AI/ML concepts, tools, or integrations in real-world projects
- Experience across technologies: PHP, Laravel, React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, iOS
- Familiarity with CMS/E-commerce platforms: WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, Magento
- Understanding of AI tools platforms (e.g., ChatGPT APIs, automation tools, analytics platforms, recommendation engines)
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) including AI services
- Understanding of Search Social Marketing methodologies
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools (automation, personalization, content generation, analytics)
- Ability to combine data insights + AI tools for performance optimization
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies ( Agile, Waterfall, V-Model )
- Hands-on experience with tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Strong team leadership stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multi-party delivery environments
