Position: Lead analyst
Role: UI/UX Developer
Experience: 5-6 years
Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore,

What will you do?
Lead by Doing: Design, build, and review scalable micro services and web applications that backs up analytics platforms and ML systems. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership, with significant time doing coding.
Set Technical Direction: Define and promote best practices in Full stack development. Evaluate emerging technologies and guide adoption to drive innovation.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with ML Engineers, data engineers, business leaders, and IT teams to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Deliver at Scale: Ensure projects are executed with high quality, on time, and aligned with business goals. Proactively identify risks and enforce compliance standards, especially around data governance and security.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
5+ years of front-end expertise in:
- Advanced React: strong fundamentals, state management, performance optimization
- Modern UI development: Tailwind CSS and Shading/UI for maintainable, scalable interfaces.
- Component design systems: Building reusable, scalable UI libraries.
- Storybook: Isolated component development and documentation.
5+ years designing/developing micro-service architectures
Expertise in web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs)
Extensive cloud-native experience (AWS/Azure) with services like Lambda, ECS, or Azure Functions
Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, Git, and automation tools
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters/PhD preferred)
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Experience in data warehouses and lakehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Databricks) and vector databases (PGVector, Opensearch)
Apache Airflow for data/ML workflow orchestration
Good understanding of LLMs and RAG based applications
UI/UX Designer:
MCCR Engineering is seeking a UX designer with front-end development experience to join our dynamic team. We are undergoing incredible transformation - migrating data pipelines, micro services, and web applications to cloud, re-architecting and rewriting much of the codebase in the process. You will have complete, end-to-end ownership of user experience on the front end for RBCs traders and risk managers across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Develop sitemaps and information architecture to organize content and improve navigation.
- Design interactive elements, transitions, and animations to enhance user experience.
- Translate designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Conduct usability tests to identify areas for improvement and ensure a positive user experience.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure a cohesive and user-centered design.
- Design for accessibility to ensure inclusivity and usability for all users.
Skills:
- Understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Axure, UXPin, or Invision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale.
- Ability to identify and solve design problems and improve user experience.
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
