Job Title: BDM SaaS & Enterprise Sales Trainer || CTC 20 LPA ||


Location: Hyderabad


Experience: 2+ years in SaaS/Enterprise Sales & Training


CTC: 20LPA - Including 30% Variables


Job Description:

We are looking for a BDM SaaS & Enterprise Sales Trainer to design and deliver sales training programs that strengthen our enterprise sales pipeline. You will mentor and coach sales executives, develop sales playbooks, and ensure that our teams consistently hit revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach sales teams (BDMs, Account Executives, and SDRs) on SaaS and enterprise sales strategies.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  • Conduct workshops, role-plays, and live sales coaching sessions.
  • Develop sales enablement materials: playbooks, scripts, objection-handling guides, and templates.
  • Track team performance metrics and suggest improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales training with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on SaaS and enterprise market trends, competitors, and sales best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years in SaaS sales, enterprise sales, or sales training roles.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching BDMs and sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS products, enterprise sales cycles, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex product knowledge into actionable training modules.
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical and performance-tracking skills.
