Job Responsibilities: -
Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and
preparing reports
Manage and update the company's presence on various social media and job portals
Maintain accurate records and track the status of candidates in the hiring process
Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and other stakeholders
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Requirements: -
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field
