Job Description

We are hiring for Bilingual Voice Process Executives

We are looking for professionals with strong proficiency in German and English to join our dynamic customer support team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound voice calls in German and English
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
Maintain proper documentation and call records
Meet productivity and quality targets

Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice process
B2 level certification in German is mandatory
Excellent verbal communication skills in German and English
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in shifts

Salary & Benefits:
Package: 6 6.5 LPA

Cab facility (within 25 km radius)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
