Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive or Assistant Sales Manager to drive
business growth through lead generation, customer relationship management, and
achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent
communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. This role will be completely
responsible for customer base development by new logo acquisition.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and
referrals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, collaterals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, nance) to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Provide market feedback and contribute to sales strategy development.
Preparation of Sales MIS and reports

Prociency in MS Oice and CRM software
Key Qualications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related eld.
35 years (Assistant Manager) of relevant sales experience.
Experience in B2B, specially from PadCare Labs, Rentokil Initial Hygiene, Best
Washroom Practices, Sarayu Mystair
