Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Location:
92/1B, Electronic City Phase I, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100

Salary:
Up to 30,000 take-home (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced candidates for an International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in handling international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  • Document interactions accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years in International Voice Process
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts

Preferred Skills:

  • Customer handling experience in BPO/Call Center
  • Ability to manage high call volumes
  • Positive attitude and team player
