Job Description:
We are looking for experienced candidates for an International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in handling international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Document interactions accurately
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years in International Voice Process
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
Preferred Skills:
- Customer handling experience in BPO/Call Center
- Ability to manage high call volumes
- Positive attitude and team player
