Job Description

1. Good understanding of Microsoft Autopilot and Intune is required.
2. Knowledge of Windows 11 deployment and upgrade strategies.
3. Understanding of Windows Update for Business, update rings and patch management via Intune.
4. Experience in configuration management using configuration profiles and other Intune features.
5. Understanding of compliance policies for Windows and mobile devices.
6. Knowledge and experience in managing security settings like Bitlocker, security baseline and other security features via Intune
7. Application deployment for Windows and mobiles devices via Intune.
8. Knowledge and understanding of app protection and configuration policies.
9. Reporting using Intune and Endpoint Analytics.
10. Experience with Windows and mobile device management using Intune.
11. Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
12. Understanding of conditional access policies.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Excellent communication skills.
15. Scripting tool knowledge ( PowerShell or any scripting tool )

1. Managing Microsoft Autopilot, SCCM/MECM and Intune environment.
2. Developing and enhancing deployment strategies for Windows 11 using Autopilot.
3. Patch management of Windows devices using Intune.
4. Managing application installations and upgrades for Windows devices.
5. Managing application installations and upgrades for mobile devices.
6. Managing configuration of mobile and Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.
7. Creating and managing Intune device compliance policies.
8. Troubleshooting any issues related to application deployment, patching, policy compliance and security configurations.
9. Troubleshooting any issues related to Autopilot and Intune environment.
10. Periodic review of Intune configuration and policies to identify areas for improvement.
11. Explore and evaluate new Intune features to identify applicability in client environment.
