Job Description

Test Lead Playwright (6+ Years)
Role Summary
Seeking a Test Lead Playwright Automation with strong hands-on scripting skills and experience leading small QA teams. The role includes automation development, sprint ownership, and delivery coordination.
Must-Have Skills
6+ years in QA
23+ years hands-on with Playwright
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript knowledge
API testing experience
SQL knowledge
Experience leading small teams (36 members)
CI/CD exposure
Agile experience
Key Responsibilities
Develop & maintain Playwright automation scripts
Own sprint-level QA delivery
Review automation code
Coordinate with Dev & Product teams
Report QA metrics and defects
Good to Have
Domain knowledge (Banking/Financial Services preferred)
Knowledge of Postman
Exposure to performance testing.
