Job Description

Role & responsibilities (BPO Exp)

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards ensuring data accuracy, scope and time adherence.
• Leverage Power BI to create analytical dashboards displaying KPIs, trends and patterns.
• Analyze and present key insights via engaging data storytelling.
• Proficiency in designing visually appealing Power BI dashboards, with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Design and implement data integration processes through data warehousing solution and dataflows/gateways/data lakes.
• Perform data transformation and cleaning.
• Optimize data models and queries for improved performance.
• Publish Power BI reports, implement RLS, schedule refresh, and audit.
• Maintain basic knowledge in Power Platform to automate the complete pipeline.
• Stay updated with developments and best practices in Data Analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

5 years of work experience in Power BI.

• Strong background in maths and statistics.
• Excellent data analytics skills.
• Proficiency in Power Query or Python Pandas for data transformation and cleaning.
• Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised AI/ML is preferred.
• Proficiency in Advance Excel, DAX & M Queries.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling Techniques for Analytical Data (Facts, Dimensions, Measures).
• Experience in creating Power BI reports with attractive UI designs.
• Basic knowledge of Gateways, Dataflow, Datamart, and Data Lake.
• Good in Advance SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Power Platform functionality.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
