Job Description
Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra
Company: VCare Hospitality
Salary: 35,000 45,000 (Take Home) + PF + Yearly Bonus
Role & responsibilities:
- Oversee complete security operations of the assigned facility
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper surveillance at all times
- Manage entry and exit records of employees, visitors, and materials
- Supervise and lead a team of security guards
- Conduct training, briefing, and grooming sessions for security staff
- Ensure implementation of Malls, Hospitals and Commercial property security protocols and procedures
- Handle emergency situations including fire, theft, or safety incidents
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with management for security planning and risk assessment
- Prepare daily, weekly, and incident security reports
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience: 6-10 years in security operations (Security Agency/Facility Operations preferred)
- Background: Retired Army personnel (mandatory)
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate
- Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems and security procedures
- Experience in team handling and supervision
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting tools)
