Perform manual data validation and frontend checks
Ensure timely execution of operational tasks and processes
Troubleshoot incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Report, track, and document issues encountered during operations
Communicate timely updates to clients regarding delays or system issues
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of Database, Cloud, and ETL concepts
Proficiency in SQL (ability to write low to medium complexity queries)
Basic knowledge of Python (syntax and fundamentals)
Hands-on experience with MS Excel (basic functions, formatting, PivotTables)
