Job Description
Role Overview
We are expanding our project leadership team and hiring a Technical Project Manager who can handle high-scale enterprise projects, manage cross-functional teams, understand cloud/AI architecture, and confidently communicate with international clients.
We are looking for a technically strong, client-facing Project Manager with solid experience in enterprise projects, AI concepts, cloud infrastructure, API integrations, and DevOps practices.
The ideal candidate should understand both technology and business flow, be able to create solution diagrams, manage delivery, and handle global clients independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Leadership
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and AI-driven projects.
- Define project plans, sprints, resource allocation, and execution timelines.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery with quality.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, UAT, and release cycles.
2. Client Management Across Time Zones
- Collaborate with US, UK, EU clients; manage late/night/early meetings when required.
- Convert business requirements into structured technical documentation (SRS/BRD/FRD).
- Present demos, solutions, and progress updates with clarity and confidence.
- Handle change management, escalations, and expectation alignment.
3. Technical Solutioning & Architecture Understanding
- Create business logic diagrams, process flows, and preliminary architecture.
- Work with engineering teams to validate architecture, scalability, and feasibility.
- Participate in technical discussions (API architecture, cloud setup, DevOps pipeline).
- Support POCs and solution prototypes for AI, automation, and enterprise use cases.
4. AI, Cloud & DevOps Exposure
- Sound conceptual understanding of AI workflows (chatbots, RAG, NLP, ML models).
- Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Understanding of DevOps pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
- Experience managing projects with microservices, APIs, integrations, OAuth2/JWT.
5. Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, AI/ML, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Prepare and maintain sprint boards, burn-down charts, velocity metrics, and dashboards.
- Ensure smooth handoff between design development QA deployment stages.
6. Documentation & Presentation
- Prepare detailed SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
- Use modern tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, Figma for solution visualization.
- Present advanced solutions and architecture ideas clearly to technical and non-technical clients.
Required Skills
- 612 years of Technical Project Management experience in IT/software companies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, cloud-native components.
- Experience delivering enterprise, large-scale, multi-module applications.
- Excellent English communication (verbal + written).
- Good exposure to AWS cloud and DevOps concepts.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
- Able to create business logic, workflows, and solution diagrams independently.
- Experience managing both fixed-budget and dedicated team project models.
Good to Have
- Experience in logistics, healthcare, finance, retail, IoT, or AI-heavy projects.
- PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack, MS Project.
- Experience in preparing estimations, proposals, and solution drafts.
