Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endtoend IT recruitment for C2H positions (sourcing screening interview coordination offer onboarding).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Work on niche and highdemand skills: Java, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, ABAP, Oracle, Full Stack, Testing, etc.
• Conduct preliminary technical screening to assess candidate fitment.
• Handle salary discussions, notice period negotiations, and expectations management.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, delivery teams, and client SPOCs for timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS updates.
• Ensure candidates clearly understand C2H terms, payroll structures, and client requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment, with strong exposure to C2H hiring.
• Excellent knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and industry hiring trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Handson experience with Naukri/LinkedIn Recruiter/Monster.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and deliver against strict deadlines.
• Experience working in IT staffing / consulting / clientdriven delivery models.
