Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in PICU
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition continuously
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies
- Operate and monitor medical equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Communicate effectively with patients families regarding care and updates
- Respond quickly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong clinical and critical care skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pediatric emergency care
- Teamwork and coordination skills
