Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Understanding gaps in the impulse area and ensuring attractive impulse area through his team of Cash

Officers, Cashiers and Packers.

If need be would liase with the Purchase Officer and the floor Officer to get itdone as desired. If not happening then escalate to SM

Have a quick check on all electrical connections and systems to ensure there are no loose wires, etc exposed

or lying unattended. Especially near 3P counters

Ensure Quick Check Out, Customer Convenience, Safety of customer & staff. Responsible for ensuring that the cash counters are operational before the opening of the store and is equipped with all utilities

* Ensure that Cashiers are courteous and pleasant to the customers (Greeting customer and talking to them

politely)

* To check ROTA and check if Cashiers have reported as planned. Contingency plan and communication to

seniors (Senior Cash Officer and DM/ASM) depending on the urgency (weekday/weekend/first shift/second

shift)
