Insurance Executive (Motor Insurance) @ Suredrive Assist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Motor Insurance Executive to handle end-to-end policy issuance and support operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in issuing motor insurance policies and a good understanding of insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue motor insurance policies (new as well as renewals) accurately and within timelines
• Prepare and share motor insurance quotations based on requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners for smooth policy processing
• Verify customer details and documentation before policy issuance
• Handle endorsements, cancellations, and policy-related queries
• Maintain proper records of issued policies and update trackers
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure error-free policy issuance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in motor insurance policy issuance
• Good understanding of motor insurance products (comprehensive, TP, OD, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in policy processing and documentation
• Attention to detail and accuracy in operations
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
