We are hiring experienced resources for a Service Desk Management (Voice) role with a leading multinational company in Bangalore. The role involves managing service desk functions, acting as a single point of contact for service users, and delivering high-quality customer support across multiple service channels.
Manage one or more customer service or service desk functions
Act as the primary point of contact for users reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services
Provide customer support through voice, digital, self-service, and automated channels
Ensure timely issue resolution in line with SLA and process guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain service quality standards
Technical graduate freshers are eligible
Graduation is mandatory
IT graduates preferred with basic troubleshooting knowledge
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proper email etiquette
No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to work in night shifts
Work From Office only
