Title: Service Desk Management Executive (Voice)

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced resources for a Service Desk Management (Voice) role with a leading multinational company in Bangalore. The role involves managing service desk functions, acting as a single point of contact for service users, and delivering high-quality customer support across multiple service channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage one or more customer service or service desk functions

  • Act as the primary point of contact for users reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services

  • Provide customer support through voice, digital, self-service, and automated channels

  • Ensure timely issue resolution in line with SLA and process guidelines

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain service quality standards



Requirements
Experience:
  • Technical graduate freshers are eligible

Education:
  • Graduation is mandatory

  • IT graduates preferred with basic troubleshooting knowledge

Language Requirement:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Proper email etiquette

  • No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)

Other Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Willingness to work in night shifts

  • Work From Office only

         Eligibility:  Graduation is mandatory/ IT graduates preferred

         Communication: Excellent verbal English communication required

         No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)

         Salary: Upto  25,000 CTC Maximum salary for technical graduate freshers

         Relocation:  Relocation is not available.
