Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Services Executive to join our team at Tata Capital Ltd in Anantapur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in customer services, preferably in the finance industry.
Roles and Responsibility- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer services, preferably in the finance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
