Job Title: Customer Support Executive Banking US Process

Job Description:

We are hiring for a Banking US Process role for candidates with good communication skills and experience in customer support or international voice process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to banking services through calls
• Assist customers with account-related issues, transactions, and service requests
• Provide accurate information and resolution within defined timelines
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Follow company policies, banking guidelines, and compliance procedures
• Update customer records and document interactions correctly

Eligibility:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in international voice process/customer support preferred
• Freshers with strong communication can also apply
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Willingness to work in US shifts

Working Days: 5 days working
Week Off: 2 rotational offs / fixed offs
