Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle queries of international customers via live chats.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to international clients.
Manage multiple chats simultaneously
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 1+ year in international process (mandatory)
Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
Comfortable working in rotational / night shifts.
