Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps SME with 10+ years of relevant hands-on DevOps expertise and a strong foundation in Azure Cloud, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will excel in driving DevOps strategy, optimizing processes, and guiding teams toward bestinclass delivery practices.
Key Requirements
Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
Strong working knowledge of JFrog Artifactory and SonarQube.
Ability to analyze existing systems and define or refine architecture, introducing industry best practices.
Proficiency in evaluating emerging technologies and preparing quarterly technology roadmaps for stakeholders.
Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremoniesincluding Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Sprint Retrospectiveswhile acting as a Scrum Master.
Strong scripting skills for automation using Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
Capability to identify automation opportunities and implement endtoend automated solutions.
Thorough understanding of customer requirements and project KPIs.
Expertise in defining and managing development, testing, release, update, and support processes within a DevOps environment.
Ability to monitor processes throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence, driving improvements, and minimizing operational waste.
Implementation and maintenance of appropriate security controls and measures.
Experience in incident management and performing detailed root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for collaborating with team members and customers.
Commitment to continuous improvement and building scalable CI/CD pipelines for integration, deployment, and delivery.
Strong mentoring abilities to guide and support team members and stakeholders.
Ability to prepare and manage periodic progress reports for management and customers.
Good to have: Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration concepts.
