Job Description: HR Recruiter (Non-IT) Only Experienced -(1-3yrs) With PF mandatory !!!! WFO Only !!!

We are looking for a result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a high-priority role requiring Immediate Joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via Naukri and other portals.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups until joining.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 4,00,000 PA+ Incentives
• Transport: 2-Way Cab Facility provided.
• Statutory: PF (Provident Fund) is Mandatory from previous company
• Location - Mumbai , Bangalore , Gurugram , Noida, Chennai (Work from Office)

Work Schedule & Interview:

• Shift: General Shift (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
• Working Days: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Off).
• Interview Process: 1 Round Virtual Interview (Online).
• Mode: WFO (Work from Office).

Requirements:

• Experience: 1- 3 years in Non-IT recruitment.

• Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred.- No notice period
