About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Manager with experience in the hotel
industry, specializing in corporate and travel agent sales for a different properties. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through corporate partnerships, travel
agents, and key accounts while ensuring strong client relationships and consistent occupancy
growth.
Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage corporate clients, travel agents, and local business partners
to drive room and banquet sales for the assigned property
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively generating new business
opportunities Conduct sales visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into
long-term partnerships
Coordinate closely with the Revenue and Operations team to maximize occupancy and
revenue Track competitor activities and local market trends to identify growth opportunities
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in hotel industry (corporate sales / B2B sales preferred)
Experience in handling corporate clients and travel agents
Basic understanding of room revenue, occupancy, and hotel sales cycle
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
