ROLE - Customer support associate

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional service.
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Meet performance targets set by the organization.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Excellent Communication in English.
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience is required into International Voice Process.
• comfortable working for night Shifts.
• Work from office
• Only immediate joiners
• Graduation is not required
