Job Title: Banking Process & Client Servicing Executive .


Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Banking Process & Client Servicing Executive responsible for handling banking operations, supporting clients with financial services, and ensuring smooth transaction processing. The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of banking procedures, and the ability to resolve client queries efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and process banking transactions, account updates, and documentation.
  • Provide client servicing support by addressing customer queries related to banking products and services.
  • Ensure timely processing of requests such as account opening, KYC updates, fund transfers, and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
  • Assist clients with information on banking products, digital banking, loans, deposits, and other services.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, Problem solving and internal policies.
  • Monitor service quality and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports related to client servicing activities and banking operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Freshers or candidates with 1 to 8 years of experience in banking operations or client servicing preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in banking, financial services, BPO, or client servicing roles
  • Familiarity with , account servicing, and banking compliance
